Really great experience with Karl. He was very responsive anytime we wanted to view a house or had an issue. He really guided us during negotiations and helped us solve an issue of something missing from the house right before close. I highly recommend him, I never felt like he was pushing us into a house. Met Karl at a garage sale we were having. He was with his Mother and they appeared to have a great relationship. This impressed my wife. During my conversation with him I mentioned I might put my Father-In-Law’s home up for sale. He gave me his business card and told me he would very much appreciate me considering him as my agent.
